About ezApps
ezApps began as a side project during my journey into software development. While working for a company using Shopify, I often hesitated to trust third-party apps and found many lacked key features, had usability issues, or didn’t align with our business needs. Even Shopify-built apps occasionally fell short.
That experience inspired me to create apps that are easy to use, reliable, and affordable—tools designed for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs striving to grow without unnecessary complexity or cost. I build apps I wish I had when managing a Shopify store, and I hope you find them just as valuable.
What drives me most is solving unique business challenges. Many of my apps are custom-built to address specific needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Collaborating with businesses to create tailored solutions has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey.
One of my first apps, ezInvoices, was born from frustration with Shopify’s lack of official invoices. Many customers, especially accounting departments, needed documentation that included business numbers and tax details, which Shopify didn’t provide.
Our second app, Sagify, is a tool that connects your Shopify store to Sage 50 Accounting. It allows you to import orders, create invoices, sync inventory, and more. There are many Shopify & Sage 50 integrations, but they often are too generalized as conenctors between ERP systems and Shopify. I found a lot of these companies did not understand the nuances of Shopify and Sage 50 when it came to tailoring the integration to your business.
At ezApps, I believe in centralizing business operations. Managing multiple tools and tabs—from Gmail and CRMs to analytics and social media—is cumbersome. My goal is to create apps that keep you within the Shopify ecosystem, providing a single source of truth for your business and simplifying your workflow.
